I want to become a yoga instructor, where I can go to take a course? there are many choices, but I have no idea which is good! Pls advise with tks!

你習了yoga 多耐? 有好多地方都會有yoga instructor 既course, 有平有貴, 幾千蚊個d, 可以係好皮毛架咋. 你要睇d 個內容, 會教d 乜野, yoga 唔止係 asana 式子咁簡單. 你起碼要知人體anatony, 唔係根本做錯左都唔知, 只有外表.

Sorry for late reply.
部份人對做完帶氧運動後帶來既效果 不習慣, 多數係, 覺得個人成日都好興奮, 好精神 變左運動後很難入睡. 多數出現係初做運動, 或突然加多左運動量既朋友身上
其實過一段時間, 身體便會適應.. 但如果長期都有呢個問題.. 要留意下
1. 平時運動前後有冇食到一d有 咖啡因食物 (如, 咖啡, 茶, 減肥用既supplement)
2. 訓覺時盡量提供自己一個黑及靜既環境
3. 睡前不要太肚餓
4. 睡前不要做一d 太剌激既野, 如打玩戲機
5. 睡前沖涼熱水涼
應該可以大大改善你既問題
如非必要, 不要胡亂食藥, 真係攪唔掂, 同醫生傾下.
